iContact
This documentation will show you how to take your ViralSweep giveaway and integrate it with iContact so that you can start sending your entrants email addresses right into any iContact list.

1) Log in to iContact
Click on the link below, and log in to your iContact account:
iContact Login
2) Add External Program
Once logged in, you should see a field that allows you to provide an external program with access to your account.
In the Application ID field, paste in the ViralSweep AppID:

In the Create a Password field, create a new password for this external program and then click save.
3) Click the integrations tab
Navigate to your ViralSweep dashboard. Once your giveaway is fully set up, you will see the integrations button in your dashboard. Click the button to reveal the integration options.
Once the integration options appear, click the connect to iContact button.
4) Connect to iContact
In the Application ID field, paste in the ViralSweep AppID:

Next, input your iContact account username and the password that you just created for the application. Remember, this is the password we created in step 2.
Click connect and a menu will display that will allow you to choose which list you want to import leads into. Select your list, and click connect again. Check out the clip below which shows you the process.
5) Connection complete
You'll be redirected back to your dashboard after the connection is complete. Click the integrations button to see that you are connected to iContact. You can see which list you are connected to, and you can disconnect at anytime.
Troubleshooting
If you have connected your giveaway to iContact and email addresses are not being added to your list, these are the most common reasons as to why:
Email already in iContact list
The email address entered into the giveaway may already be in your iContact list, so it will not be added again.
Email already entered into ViralSweep
The email address entered into the giveaway has already been entered into the giveaway, so therefore it is not passed to iContact.
Delay in reporting
iContact is having a delay in reporting. Try exporting your iContact list and you should see the most recent email addresses added.
